Woke up to UNAVERZ dusted with a fine mist. Unfortunately, the lacquer we applied yesterday rusted and had to be removed. Iyad showed up to lend a hand and a few hours later we were back to square one – shiny metal for all. Picked up some different coating that stays sticky doesn’t want to dry. Sigh.
Sean worked out how to attach the movie screen, laid down two more layers of pomegranate paint and then took off to score our bass cabinets.
Hanna grinded, painted and then grinded some more. Jonathan showed up and demonstrated his wood working skills on the front facing top floor bench. Todd figured out the LED remote issue. Sharifa took a turn at pipe bending.
And of course Jeff worked through this all and was a fantastic foreman if a bit of a grumpy pants in the morning 😉
Two more work days and then it is Showtime™

Before and after a bit of sanding. We eventually set the grinders on the metal as it gave a better shine. She is soooo beautiful now =)
PS: Of course it rained again tonight. We shall see in the morning if the new coating worked.
